An opportunity is immediately available for a Part Time Office Manager to become part of our administration team within our structural engineering consultancy based in Oakham, Rutland.  We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly organised individual for this position.  In return we are looking to pay a competitive salary for this part time role, in addition to offering a range of benefits. 
 

To be considered for this Part Time Office Manager role you will: 

  • Be well presented, outgoing and friendly
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office  
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Be able to work unsupervised and use your own initiative
  • Be organised and be able to prioritise work
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Key responsibilities of this Part Time Office Manager role include but not limited to: 

  • Assisting in reception duties, visitors and have good telephone manners
  • Preparing documents such as emails, quotations, reports and invoices  
  • Recording, filing and archiving documents
  • Assisting in the ordering of stationery and office supplies
  • Providing support in other areas of the business/administration when required

The role: 

  • The role is available Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, 1.00pm to 5.00pm with a degree of flexibility to cover holidays/sickness
