Clarges Mayfair is a super-prime development of 34 luxury residences, overlooking Green Park and Buckingham Palace. Designed by award-winning international architect Squire & Partners, the development complements the surrounding architecture of prized Piccadilly landmarks, including The Ritz and The Wolseley hotels through the use of traditional Portland stone with contemporary detailing. Award-winning interior designer Martin Kemp Design has designed the ‘turn-key’ homes to the height of taste and sophistication.

Over a two-year period, SCI designed and detailed both the internal and external natural stonework along with associated fixings on this prestigious project in Mayfair. Each stone was individually detailed for each specific area including external/internal columns, lightwells, port cochere, staircases and the curved atrium. SCI were also assigned the task of designing and detailing the complex bespoke secondary steel framing system for the 17m high curved atrium.
