Overlooking the Shard and built on the site of a former hospital which is represented in the recessed feature crosses on the GRC panels this residential complex features an unusual design of GRC balconies. Upon appointment SCI were challenged with developing and designing a system that consisted of back to back GRC wall panels with a supporting sub frame that could all be lifted and installed onto the building as one complete piece.
